The Granary


The Granary is now under new ownership and any enquiries should be made to Classic Cottages who are managing the property on behalf of the new owner. This property is south facing and has a large garden set within a rural wildlife haven.

Great for families

The Granary is ideal for families and small groups and has an attractive open plan living area with a traditional slate floor and exposed beams, which retain the character of the old threshing barn. French doors lead to a patio which can also be accessed by external granite steps from the spacious first floor sitting room, which has polished wood floors, deep sofas and soft lighting.

The Granary has full central heating throughout, for those cooler autumn evenings and also has Wifi.

The accommodation consists of:

  • Ground Floor: Open plan living-room with kitchen and dining areas.  CD player. Electric hob, double electric oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine/drier and dishwasher.
  • Bedroom 1: has twin beds.
  • Bedroom 2: has single bed.
  • Bedroom 3: has single bed.
  • Bathroom: has bath, shower attachment, WC and wash-basin.
  • First Floor: Sitting-room with a digital 42″ Plasma TV, video and DVD player.
  • Bedroom 4: with double bed (5′) and en suite Shower-room with shower, WC and wash-basin.

We regret no smoking and no pets. Arrive and depart Saturday – Arrival 3.00pm/departure by 10am.
